"Daddy's sick and tired," The Most Adorable Granddaughter in the World#1 informed me over the phone on Saturday. Daddy was indeed sick and tired. So tired that all he could do was sleep and yet he still felt tired. Definitely too tired to read stories to an energetic three-year-old who wants to talk about every picture and too tired to play with either of his precious girls.
In stepped Daddy's parents who took his two adorable precious little girls out and spent some time with them on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon. Of course, Uncle#5 also came to the rescue otherwise I'm not sure DH or I would've had the energy to feed ducks and play on the swings and go for walks and throw stones and do all the things that little girls love to do.
