Over

Thanks to Blogger's scheduled posts, DH and I will be taking my parents to the airport for their return flight to Australia at about the time this post is published. Three weeks over just like that.

It's been five years since Mum was last here and six years for Dad. For three of my sons, they've not seen their grandparents since those visits. In that time teenagers have grown into young men, new family members have been added, and the family has grown at a wonderful rate. Before we see them again, at least one new member will join the family (predicted time of arrival: early October).

This then is a snapshot of some of the highlights of their visit (in addition to pics posted previously). As you can see, there were a lot of family dinners, a lot of cuddles, a lot of baking (where did it all go to in such a short time?), and a lot of just hanging out together.

What lovely memories! Time does go too fast during those special times.

I loved the pictures. They so clearly show how much fun you and your family had during your parents' visit. But saying goodbye to them must have been the hardest thing ever...
Oh and by the way, congratulations on the new family member ;):D
